Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Together Widget account and the cloud data linked to it. We usually process requests within 7 business days.

Sign out vs delete account

Sign out in Settings only ends your session on this device. Your Firebase account, cloud profile, partner connection, and local events stay intact. You can sign back in anytime.

To permanently delete your cloud account and data, use the form on this page or email us — sign out alone does not delete your account.

What gets deleted (account deletion request)

• Your Firebase account profile and relationship settings
• Partner connection linked to your account
• Moods, gifts, drawings, and notification tokens associated with your user ID

What may remain temporarily

• Backups or logs retained by Google Firebase for security and legal compliance
• Anonymous analytics records that cannot identify you personally
