Together Widget ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Together Widget mobile application and this website.
1. Information we collect
When you use Together Widget, we may collect and process:
- Account information from Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, profile photo URL, and Firebase user ID.
- Relationship profile data you provide, including your name, partner name, avatar selections, relationship start date, and distance settings.
- Partner connection data, including invite codes and linked partner user IDs when you connect with someone.
- Shared couple content, such as moods, virtual gifts, partner drawings, streak activity, and widget-related preferences.
- Device and app data, including push notification tokens (FCM), app version, and basic analytics events to improve the app.
- Advertising data processed by Google Mobile Ads when ads are shown in the app.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Store and sync your profile and partner features across sessions.
- Deliver notifications when your partner connects, sends gifts, drawings, or updates.
- Operate home screen widgets and in-app personalization.
- Measure app performance and fix issues through Firebase Analytics.
- Display ads where applicable.
3. How data is stored
Account and couple data are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging). Some content such as partner drawings may be stored in secure cloud storage and delivered through signed URLs. A local copy of profile data may also be cached on your device for offline use.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With your connected partner inside the app features you use.
- With service providers that help us run the app (Google Firebase, Google Ads).
- When required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Your choices
- You can sign out in app Settings, which removes your cloud profile and local app data from your device.
- You can request full account deletion on our Delete account page.
- You can disable notifications in your device system settings.
- You can reset advertising identifiers through your device privacy settings.
6. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your user profile and associated cloud data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children's privacy
Together Widget is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase and secure transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. International users
Your information may be processed on servers operated by Google in countries where Firebase services are available.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
